They stayed behind. Waiting for the right question.

Some spirits don't need an exorcism.
They just need to be understood.

You're a medium, gifted with a deck of strange, symbolic cards. Each session, a spirit reveals fragments of memory — a person, an object, a place...
Your role is not to guess. It's to ask.
Only certain words can reach them — pieces of meaning they still understand.

Combine the right words. Find the truth they can’t say. Set them free… or lose them forever.

Help them find peace — before the bond fades.

🃏 How to Play

You are a medium. Your goal is to help the spirit remember what happened and free their soul.

🎴 The Cards

  • You have a hand of cards, each with a single word:
    (love, truth, fear, regret, talk…)

  • The spirit reveals memory cards on the table:
    (a place, a person, an object, a concept…)

These cards represent what the spirit is currently thinking about.

❓ Asking Questions

  • Drag one of your cards onto one of the spirit's memory cards.
    This forms a question.

(Example: “Love” + “Fiancé” = Do you love your fiancé?)
  • The spirit answers, revealing a fragment of their story.

(Some answers bring you closer to the truth, others confuse or hurt.)
  • If the combination makes no sense, the spirit will respond vaguely.

🔁 Redrawing

  • Instead of playing a card, you can redraw up to 5 cards by clicking on your deck.

  • But doing so lowers the bonding gauge.

Be careful: if the gauge drops to 0 or if you don't have any cards left → Your bond with the spirit is broken, and it leaves.
If you've done all the spirit cards → the spirit is freed
  • You can also discard cards by dragging them to the discard stack.

📌 Hints

  • The spirit’s past is revealed in steps. New memory cards appear as you progress.

  • Pay attention to their answers — if you approach the right question, the spirit to give you a hint.
